Tumors of the eye are most commonly metastasic tumors that have spread from other parts of the body. Symptoms include vision difficulties, eye redness, and pain.
Melanoma of the Eye
Melanoma of the eye is the most frequently diagnosed eye cancer, and forms in the uvea in pigment-producing cells called melanocytes.
Retinoblastoma
Retinoblastoma is the most common primary eye cancer in children, and forms in the retina, which contains cells that sense light.
