Symptoms
Kidney cancer rarely causes symptoms in its early stages, making this disease hard to detect. The kidneys are located deep inside the abdominal cavity, where the tumor can grow large before causing any symptoms. When symptoms do appear, they may include the following:
Blood in the urine
A mass or lump in your lower back or side
Pain in your lower back or side
Unexplained weight loss
Chronic, unexplained fever
Anemia and Fatigue
