Symptoms
Symptoms of liver cancer (primary or secondary) are not typically noticeable until the cancer has become fairly advanced. When symptoms do become evident, they may include:
Loss of appetite and weight loss
Abdominal pain (especially on the right side of the abdomen)
Abdominal swelling or bloatedness
Fever
Nausea or vomiting
Weakness and fatigue
