What are your recommendations on balancing my quality of life verses length of life with my current disease?

There are some patients who have very advanced disease and systemic treatment would not prolong their life and where hospice would be more appropriate for them.
There are other patients who've early stage disease who should be treated with surgery and systemic therapy.

It is important to have these discussions to help set patient expectations and planning.
