How do you cope with the waiting?

One of the hardest parts is probably the waiting... Waiting for test results, waiting for scans, waiting to hear what the doctor thinks.

How do you deal with that? Do you distract yourself, or lean into it and talk it out? Any little routines or tricks that help you keep sane in those days?

Breathe deeply and be kind to yourself. Reconnect with someone you care about, rekindle a hobby, or try something new—like yoga or painting. A simple act of kindness toward another can gently redirect your attention.
