Please educate me regarding the medication, Fulfiri.  I understand it is an intravenous infusion used for patients with colon cancer.  Thank you.

FOLFIRI is an IV combination treatment which can be very effective for CRC.  Major side effects can be fatigue, hair loss, and diarrhea. It contains: Folinic acid (leucovorin), Fluorouracil (5-FU), and IRinoteIcan. This combination therapy works by killing rapidly dividing cancer cells, and is administered every two weeks.
