A risk factor is a behavior, characteristic, or condition that raises the possibility of developing a disease. Here are some of the risk factors for developing Ewing's sarcoma:
Age, Race, and Gender
Ewing's sarcoma occurs most often in children and adolescents between the ages of 10 and 20. It is more common in white children than in children of other races, and is also more common in boys than in girls.
