Symptoms

Inflammatory breast cancer does not always form a clear lump like other forms of breast cancer. The symptoms of IBC include swelling and redness (sometimes it may have an orange peel appearance) and resemble those of other common conditions, but having a lump does not exclude the diagnosis of IBC. Contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following symptoms. Detecting IBC as early as possible is especially important due to its advanced stage and rapid growth.
