Symptoms
Fallopian tube cancer does not cause many symptoms in its earlier stages, and any symptoms that do appear may be mistaken for less serious conditions. As the disease progresses, you may experience the following symptoms:

Unusual vaginal bleeding, menstrual changes or vaginal discharge

Abdominal/pelvic pain or discomfort

Bloating or swelling of the abdomen, even when you are not eating more or exercising less

Nausea, diarrhea, constipation
