Symptoms
Symptoms of non-Hodgkin lymphoma vary widely, depending on the specific type of disease and where it is located in the body, but usually include swollen lymph nodes. A patient should see a doctor if he or she has any of the following symptoms.

Persistent fevers that have no recognized cause

Unexplained weight loss (greater than 10% of body weight in 6 months)

Persistent nausea or vomiting

Night sweats, great enough to require the changing of bed clothes

Chest pain or shortness of breath

Itchy skin

Abdominal pain or swelling in the abdomen
