Symptoms
The most common symptoms of endometrial cancer are vaginal bleeding in post-menopausal women and abnormal bleeding in women who have not gone through menopause. Fortunately, these symptoms usually allow doctors to detect the disease in an early stage and treat it successfully. Talk to your doctor if you experience any of the following symptoms:

- Any vaginal bleeding after menopause
- Bleeding in between normal periods
- Any changes in your menstrual flow (increase in blood flow or more frequent blood flow)
- Abnormal vaginal discharge after menopause
- A mass or lump in the pelvis
- Pain in the pelvis/back
- Unintentional weight loss
