Symptoms
Wilms' tumor does not always cause symptoms in its early stages, making this disease hard to detect. The kidneys are located deep inside the abdominal cavity, where the tumor can grow large before causing any symptoms. When symptoms do appear, they may include the following:
A hard lump or mass in the abdomen
Abdominal pain
High blood pressure
Fever
Blood in the urine
