Symptoms
Most of the symptoms of parathyroid cancer are caused by hypercalcemia (high levels of calcium in the blood) caused by the tumor. Tell a doctor if you experience any of the following symptoms:

Lump in the neck

Bone pain, fractures or loss

Change in voice or trouble swallowing

Muscle weakness and fatigue

Nausea and vomiting

Unexplained weight loss

Loss of appetite

Frequent Urination

Extreme thirst

Confusion or thinking difficulties
